CONTACT

Every project startswith a conversation. Not a proposal. Not a scope.

Tell us what you are dealing with. We will tell you whether we can help — honestly, and without the usual dance of NDAs and discovery calls that go nowhere.

How we work before we work

Before any proposal, any scope, any commercial conversation, we do one thing: we understand the problem. Not the problem as described in a brief, but the problem as it actually exists — which is usually different from the brief, and always more interesting.

This means our first conversation is genuinely exploratory. We are not trying to sell you anything in that conversation. We are trying to understand whether what you need is something we can build well. If it is not, we will tell you — and often point you toward someone who can. If it is, we will sketch what a solution might look like before you have committed to anything.

This is not a sales process dressed up as a discovery process. It is how we decide whether to work together.

What to tell us

The most useful first message is not a formal brief. It is a description of the problem in your own words — what is not working, what you have already tried, and what a successful outcome would look like for the people who have the problem every day.

If you have a specific question about a use case you saw, a programme you want to know more about, or a project you are considering, that is equally welcome. The format does not matter. The honesty does.

Response time

We respond to every message. For general enquiries, response time is typically within one working day. For project-specific enquiries, we aim to respond within the same day with either an initial reaction or a request for a short call to understand the context better before responding substantively.

We do not route enquiries through automated systems. Every message is read and responded to by a person on the team.

If you are a CEO who wants to see what we can build for your specific problem before committing to anything, you may be interested in our CEO Challenge — a programme where we build a working prototype on your data before you decide whether to continue.
